Survade help

FAQ

Answers to common questions about group size, hosting, bots, voting, saboteur mode, and how Survade works.

Survade is designed for groups of 6 to 16 people. Missing seats can be filled with bots controlled by the game host.

The host is the player who started the game. They receive controls for moving the game forward: switching rounds, moving bots, and starting or ending voting. The host does not receive gameplay privileges and remains the same kind of participant as everyone else. Anyone can become the host, but the host role cannot be transferred after a game is generated.

Empty seats can be filled with bots that replace missing players, but their choices during card reveals and voting are random. We still recommend playing with a full group of real people when possible.

Only a device with internet access.

No. We try to cover costs with carefully placed ads and optional paid extras, because servers and AI generation still need a budget.

Anyone can play.

It is a special game mode where one or more players secretly receive the saboteur role. Their goal, like everyone else's, is to reach the shelter. Unlike classic mode, if at least one saboteur reaches the shelter, they betray the non-saboteur players and only the saboteur side wins. This mode opens room for manipulating facts and even lying. Anything to survive.

A special power is a unique skill given to each player. Using it well can improve a player's chances of winning.

Voting is the process where players decide who leaves the game based on earlier discussions or secret motives. The number of voting rounds depends on the player count. With larger groups, some rounds can put two players up for elimination.

During the game, a modal window appears with player cards and a button to vote. The same window may also contain buttons for special powers. Use them wisely.

Live spectating is not available yet, but you can view game history on the relevant page and try to find yourself on the leaderboard.
